Location: Briones Regional Park
Route: Start on on the Diablo View Trail and begin your climb. Continue on until the trail meets Alhambra Creek Trail, and turn Right. Follow Alhambra Creek Trail back to the parking area.
Mileage: 2.92 miles, 549 feet elevation gain
Difficulty Level: Easy to moderate with a climb
Description: Short loop hike good for conversation and stress reduction. The hike is a climb for the first 1.5 miles, then the descent begins. Beautiful oak hillsides, gnarly and twisted buckeye and a creek when the winter rains visit.
